Shawna Rodgers, CFRE | Principal, Lead Consultant
Shawna is a seasoned fundraising professional who has raised millions of dollars in philanthropic support for universities, healthcare institutions, and nonprofit organizations. She also serves as a Senior Advisor with Capital Campaign Pros, providing nonprofit leaders with expert guidance, peer support, and proven tools to lead successful campaigns.
Shawna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland. She serves as a Faculty Trainer for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, serving on the board of the New Jersey Chapter. She is also a member of Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy and the Association of Philanthropic Counsel. She is also an affiliate partner with leading philanthropic service providers, including DonorSearch, Givebutter, Avid, and iWave.
At the heart of Shawna’s work is a commitment to strengthening nonprofit organizations so they can more effectively serve under-resourced communities. By helping organizations build financial stability, leadership capacity, and long-term resilience, she advances equity, opportunity, and meaningful community impact.
